International Women Entrepreneurs – Helsinki

13 helmikuun,9:30 - 10:30

What does it take to internationalise a legacy organisation? What are the common pitfalls when improving DEI? What would you, an international female entrepreneur in Helsinki, want from community?

The Helsinki Women Entrepreneurs Association was founded after WW2 in 1947 by Rauha Hasselblatt and other trailblazers to promote women’s professional skills and economic independence, improve social and commercial opportunities for women, and work collectively on issues like taxation, municipal and national influence, sales and organizational skills, and overall well-being. As such, it is one of Finland’s oldest and most active local associations supporting female entrepreneurship.

Now, it is time to expand the support to international women entrepreneurs in Helsinki and build the trajectory for the next 80 years of the association.

On Friday February 13th we will have an open conversation with DEI expert, experienced serial entrepreneur and community builder Priyanka Banerjee and new Helsinki Women Entrepreneurs Association Board member Minna Mustapää on what are the key things to take into consideration when internationalising such an organisation.

AND we would love to hear from you! What kind of support are you looking for? What would make this association approachable and useful for you?

Join us for a morning of fruitful conversation on supporting international women entrepreneurs in Helsinki!

This is the start of internationalising a great legacy organisation and we warmly welcome you to take part!
